Strange Tydes is a fun set of fantasy naval rules where standard fantasy races such as Orcs, Dwarves and Elves fight out battles with 17th and 18th century naval vessels. Ideal for beginners to naval wargaming or even old soaks looking for an evening's light hearted entertainment inspired more by Errol Flynn than Horatio Nelson. The rules can even be used to fight historical age of sail actions if so desired and are perfect to introduce new gamers to the era of the age of sail.
