ColdWar: 1983 is a set of skirmish rules written by Matthew Hartley , Michael Baumann and Steve Blease, primarily designed for section and platoon level battles between NATO and Warsaw Pact troops using 28mm scale miniatures, though any scale from 15mm to 36mm can be used, and the rules themselves recreate pretty much any historical skirmish action of the last fifty odd years, as well as post apocalyptic scenarios.
